Debi is a Pilates and Cycle instructor. She has a background in dance and holds a degree in Nutritional Science from the University of Arizona, with a minor in Chemistry. Her love for fitness has enabled her to create strengthening and energizing Pilates sessions for her clients.
Debi believes that Mat classes are the best way to learn the principles of Pilates and loves the way a private session on the Reformer can dial into a client’s physical strengths and needs. She also loves teaching and taking cycle classes. She believes that Pilates and cycling create a well rounded fitness routine with low impact.
When Debi is not in the Pilates studio she enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, and loves to see live music.
